Dungeons and Dragons is my favorite game
Dungeons and Dragons is my favorite game .I play it about 5 years. Dungeons and
Dragons have two kinds one is the simple battle the another kind is about stories
The games are older then me.
Few people play it by fun. And it is a hobby for me.
My favorite figure is the Orc King because it hit very hard and abilities is very good.
The biggest figure is the Red Dragon is about big as a computer.
I love the stories battle more then simple battle, because you can do many actions in the battle.
when I was playing I always will put the shooters put at middle and put the commander at back and put the fighter at frount .If I have a wizard I will put at the back with the commander. So is more safe.
The old one and new one are different for exemple: the old didn’t have the DEF but the knew one have it,and the cards color are not the same.And the tipe are not the same too.
It born in 1973 , a person called Dave Avneson and Gary make this game.
At the first DND called [Blackmoor],it is from a war game called [chainmail]. [chainmail] is a good board game in that time.

Dungeons & Dragons
Today, I am going to talk little about a game called Dungeons & Dragons. Perhaps you have heard about it? It is an interesting game and it is a hobby of mine. It also helps me learn English, which means that my Mom and Dad don’t mind it too much and even encourage me to play it.
Though not as old as Chess or Go, Dungeons & Dragons has been around for a long time. It is much older than me and almost as old as my father. It was first played in the United States, but quickly spread around the world. It first came to Taiwan about ten years ago, and now they even write the rule books in Chinese so that kids in Taiwan can learn about it easily.
There are many ways to enjoy Dungeons & Dragons. First of all, you can just collect the figures read about them and play with them even without knowing the rules. I have about 200 figures in my own collection, which my Dad has bought for me as a reward for doing well at school. Some people have many more figures than this, and one person I know has over 2,000 figures. I like to stand my figures on a shelf and look at them and I like to show them to my friends.
Also, you can play miniature battles with the different figures. To do this, you need to use the statistic cards and a map, and you need to roll some dice. A statistic card has information about the figure written on it, including the figures name, how strong the figure is, how fast the figure can move and also information about the special abilities that the figure can do.
An important part of miniatures play is planning a warband. This means putting together a group of figures who fight well together. because there are all sorts of different figures, including dragons and ogres and ghosts and giants and skeletons this is not a very easy thing to do. When you warband is ready, you move it around a map and when you meet some-one else’s figure you start to fight. You roll a dice to decide who wins or loses the fight and it’s very exciting. I sometimes lose in the fights, but I like it better when I win.
A third way to play Dungeons & Dragons is role play. In this game, you play a single character and you go out and looking for treasure and magical things. I like role play best of all because it’s just like being a real person. You can run and jump and do many actions in battle, and even cast magical spells to help your team beat the monsters.
The hard thing about miniatures battle and role-play is learning all the rules, because there are many, many rules and they often change. The good things about the game are that it is fun and interesting to play, and the figures are really cool. Also, I like to think about the story that happened during the role-play, and to tell other people about it to.
